Important things you need to know about your booking and stay with us…
Prices and availability
When you, the guest, submit this website enquiry form you are not committed to a booking – neither are we, the owners, committed to accept your booking request. The prices stated on this website are only available to a guest who completes this form, agrees to the Terms and Conditions shown on this page and submits their details to the owners. Our availability calendar is for guidance only and does not guarantee room availability or a booking confirmation. Booking dates and prices are not binding until they are agreed by both the owner and the guest, and the stated deposit is paid by the guest. We accept no responsibility for the accuracy of prices, availability or other details that appear on third party sites.

Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your reservation unless we agree otherwise. For bookings that are made:
15 days (or more) before your arrival date – 25€ or 25% of the total cost of the booking, whichever is the greater amount.
14 days (or less) before your arrival date – 100% of of the total cost of the booking.
You are responsible for any currency and/or transfer charges if you pay your deposit by bank transfer or PayPal.
We reserve the right to re-book rooms until we have received your deposit.

Balance of payment
We only accept payment in cash (euros) on site – we do not have the facility to process credit cards. We do not accept any other currencies, credit cards, cheques or any other form of payment.

Check-in, breakfast and check-out
Unless you arrange a different time with us in advance:
You can arrive and check-in with us after 16:00 and before 20:00.
We serve breakfast between 07:40 and 09:30.
Check-out is by 10:30 on the morning of your departure.

If you need to cancel your booking
15 days (or more) before your arrival date – your deposit will be refunded, less any currency/transfer charges that apply.
14 days (or less) before your arrival date, if you do not arrive or if your visit is cut short – you will be charged 100% of total cost of your booking.
These cancellation fees are payable regardless of whether a deposit has been paid and, regrettably, whatever the reason for your cancellation.
Le Mans race events: we cannot refund deposits for bookings that coincide with Le Mans race events until, or unless, rooms have been re-booked by another party.

Damages, breakages and loss
The person named on this form is liable for any damage to our property including breakages (other than those caused by normal wear and tear), loss of (or failure to return) house or room keys, etc. by members of their party.

Children
We regret that we cannot accept bookings for children under the age of 12 as we have no 'family rooms' and the pond on our property is unfenced. Children 12 years old and over must have their own bedroom. The Sunset Bedroom is not available to children as it has a first floor balcony.

Pets
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
